May 12, 2026 — GERAK Jakarta, the Jakarta Green Transport Initiative, entered into a partnership with electric vehicle technology firm PT DUBBS ENERGI TEKNOLOGI. The two parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Menteng District, Jakarta, under the theme “Driving the Future: Smart EV Fleet Partnership”, aiming to transform Jakarta into a cleaner global metropolis.

Dhini Mudiani, Chair of GERAK Jakarta, stated that the cooperation stems from the shared vision of both organizations. First, it aligns with Government Regulation No. 79 of 2023 issued by the Indonesian government, which accelerates the adoption of battery-powered electric two-wheelers. Second, carbon emissions will be cut via PT DUBBS’s supply solutions for electric three-wheelers. GERAK Jakarta will support the company in marketing its green energy products across Jakarta.
The signing ceremony was officiated jointly by Angrondewi Intan, Managing Director of GERAK Jakarta, and Wang Shanshan, Managing Director of PT DUBBS. The event drew participants from government and business circles, including Andi Yuslim Patawari, Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Nurhelmi Savitri, Head of Menteng District, demonstrating cross-sector backing for green transportation. Two smart electric three-wheelers were displayed on-site for guests to test-drive.

As an enterprise focused on technological innovation for electric vehicles, PT DUBBS adheres to the philosophy of “Green Technology, Smart Connected Mobility”. The company specializes in the research, development and commercial application of electric three-wheelers. Its products are engineered to withstand Indonesia’s hot, humid climate and complex urban road conditions, featuring long driving range, superior adaptability and low energy consumption.
This strategic cooperation with GERAK Jakarta marks a pivotal milestone for PT DUBBS in expanding its footprint in Indonesia and advancing green transportation across Southeast Asia. Moving forward, the two sides will jointly drive product promotion, technological implementation and industrial ecosystem development. The collaboration is expected to drastically reduce Jakarta’s carbon emissions and boost urban transport operational efficiency. It will also serve as a core demonstration project for the sustainable urban transformation of Indonesia’s capital, contributing to the delivery of global carbon neutrality targets.
